Delray's main beach at the east end of Atlantic Avenue is a wide, lifeguarded Atlantic shoreline. Its sandbar breaks produce the rip currents students learn to spot from the sand before entering the water.
A quieter, natural Delray beach with protected dune habitat and open ocean exposure - an excellent setting for focused ocean-reading instruction away from the busiest crowds.
Just north of Delray, Gulfstream Park's narrow beach and proximity to the Gulf Stream current make it a strong example of how offshore currents influence the conditions right at the shoreline.
“The professional photos and video alone are worth it. But what really blew us away was how much our son grew in just one session. Dominick and the team are incredible instructors. We're already booked for the 6-session mastery course.”
“Five minutes from Delray Municipal Beach and we never understood the currents off our own coast. Two sessions changed that completely.”
“Patient, expert, and genuinely focused on safety. My kids now know how to escape a rip current and signal for help.”
